John is an experienced entrepreneur and fund manager. He is currently founding CEO of Fusion Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: FSNB) and was formerly CEO of Fusion Acquisition Corp. (NYSE: ML). He previously founded global investment manager, Boka Group, and was Head of Global Strategy for a leading Australian Fund Manager. He started his career as a Portfolio Manager for London based Anglo-Suisse Capital.

Zak is a former equities trader and private banker and is an experienced financial services executive. He has also worked at Barclays Capital, RHB Securities and Fox Invest and has served as a Board Director of global investment manager, Boka Group.

Michael is an experienced technology professional who was most recently Regional Head of System and Platform Services at Manulife Wealth & Asset Management, Asia. He was previously at ING Life Insurance in Japan as Head of Solution Delivery, and has also worked at Merrill Lynch, Axa and Barclays Capital in senior technology roles.

Toby has over 15 years' sales experience across both wealth and asset management industries. Previously sales director at Castlestone Management, Toby was responsible for driving both passive and active portfolio solutions throughout APAC. Prior to this, Toby was head of sales at Capital Platforms. This investment platform remains a notable pioneer in digitization, moving wealth and asset management online.

Tom is a seasoned financial services executive and lawyer. Most recently, he was COO and General Counsel for The Capital Markets Company (CAPCO). He also served as Chief Risk & Compliance Officer and was Chair of the APAC & India Risk Committee. Tom has also practiced as a corporate, commercial and business services lawyer with firms such as Mayer Brown and Minter Ellison. David is a C-Suite executive and entrepreneur with global experience in technology as a digital transformation leader, thought leader and practitioner. He was Global Industry Lead - Services at Microsoft and a veteran there of 16 years (roles from FS and banking to enterprise sales and business turnaround).

Ian has extensive experience in digital transformation and financial services. He is currently Head of Digital, Risk Advisory at Ashurst in Sydney. Previously with Grant Thornton Australia, Ian was a Partner and head of technology advisory, and at IBM, he was a global thought leader for the application of emerging technologies including cloud, analytics, cognitive, social and distributed ledger particularly implementing new go to market innovations in the banking, financial markets and retail sectors. He has held a number of industry roles in banking.

Jim is a financial product innovator and experienced director. He is Chairman of Fusion Acquisition Corp. II (NYSE: FSNB) and a senior advisor to State Street. He is best known for being the global Chairman of its SPDR exchange-traded funds' business. He is an ETF pioneer and was instrumental in creating, developing, and bringing to market many of the world’s first ETFs, including ETFs in the U.S., Hong Kong and Australia. These included the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (NYSE: SPY), the first U.S. ETF and largest ETF in the world today, as well as the first gold ETF (NYSE: GLD).

Kelly is a successful asset management executive with international board experience, fiduciary expertise, and a proven track record of driving cross-enterprise transformation initiatives. She spent more than 30 years at State Street where she was most recently a Senior Vice President in Global Services. Her previous leadership roles at SSGA included Head of Public Policy and Governance, Head of Asia ex-Japan, and building and leading the fiduciary business. She is currently a principal of Fiduciary Resolutions, a fiduciary advisory and consulting firm.
